    Scheduling my work with appropriate time in much needed for me so that problems can be resolved in short period of instance. Developing this region under me may aid in hitting targets in much more effective ways. In this context, I have found one theory which is named as Pickle Jar that can help in managing the time of different activities or tasks that are being given so that it can be achieved in short period of time. Along with this, it may assist me in locating areas in which I can reduce time of it in order to complete the given task.

    I have analysed that at current moment competency skill is that I need to work on attaining goals and objectives in much more effective ways. In regards to this, time management may aid in different ways. I have found that, co-workers of mine complete their tasks in given period of time but I face difficulties in order to do so. Therefore, it is must for me to do so. I feel demotivated sometimes when I see them hitting their targets in much more effective ways. I need to locate all the functions in much more effective ways so that I can achieve my own goals and attain desired productivity level. Under this, I can take suggestions from my colleagues so that to become more effective at workplace of an organisation.

    I am filled with full of positive attitude and try to get a better life than I already have on a regular basis. But, I also need to make myself much more effective at workplace by using time management in an appropriate manner. Enhancing my own skills may help me in developing my personality in front of my colleagues or in front of other staff members (Cozolino, 2014). Being as a worker I need to achieve given targets in a regular manner so that to sustain in an organisation for a longer period of time. Time management, suggestions from friends, usage of new tools and technologies may aid me in taking appropriate decisions right on time. One of my colleague who is a good friend of mine saw me and analysed while working in organisation that sometimes I get distracted which reduces my work efficiency and decreases my confidence. Therefore, it is must for me to keep on concentrating on work in an appropriate way in order to accomplish my own targets in given time of period.
