What is the core skill which needs to be developed?

In order to achieve all the targeted goals and objectives of an individual it is must to consider time management in an appropriate manner. I have analysed that it is essential for me to have proper skills of time management which may aid me in hitting targets in much more effective ways. As per Baumeister, (2013), time administration is much needed at every single place in an organisation and with the help of this goals can be attained in given or set time of period.

Why is this core skill important? Why did I select this skill to reflect on?

Scheduling my work with appropriate time in much needed for me so that problems can be resolved in short period of instance. Developing this region under me may aid in hitting targets in much more effective ways. In this context, I have found one theory which is named as Pickle Jar that can help in managing the time of different activities or tasks that are being given so that it can be achieved in short period of time. Along with this, it may assist me in locating areas in which I can reduce time of it in order to complete the given task.

I have analysed that at current moment competency skill is that I need to work on attaining goals and objectives in much more effective ways. In regards to this, time management may aid in different ways. I have found that, co-workers of mine complete their tasks in given period of time but I face difficulties in order to do so. Therefore, it is must for me to do so. I feel demotivated sometimes when I see them hitting their targets in much more effective ways. I need to locate all the functions in much more effective ways so that I can achieve my own goals and attain desired productivity level. Under this, I can take suggestions from my colleagues so that to become more effective at workplace of an organisation.

I am filled with full of positive attitude and try to get a better life than I already have on a regular basis. But, I also need to make myself much more effective at workplace by using time management in an appropriate manner. Enhancing my own skills may help me in developing my personality in front of my colleagues or in front of other staff members (Cozolino, 2014). Being as a worker I need to achieve given targets in a regular manner so that to sustain in an organisation for a longer period of time. Time management, suggestions from friends, usage of new tools and technologies may aid me in taking appropriate decisions right on time. One of my colleague who is a good friend of mine saw me and analysed while working in organisation that sometimes I get distracted which reduces my work efficiency and decreases my confidence. Therefore, it is must for me to keep on concentrating on work in an appropriate way in order to accomplish my own targets in given time of period.

Time management may help me in improving my own personality as I will start achieving my goals and objectives or tasks which has been given by my supervisors. Along with this, it may aid in getting promoted in upcoming future or I may start giving suggestions to freshers who have recently joined the organisation. According to Gonzales and Hancock, (2011), time management can help an individual to attain all desired targets in smart ways which will directly may put impact on company.

In an organisation, it is mandatory to have effective teams so that all the desired targets can be achieved in proper manner and in short period of time. Suggestions and coordination among team mates may aid firms in much more effective ways. In this context, I also consult Tuckman theory for enhancing efficiency level of the team. With the help of this, I easily attain better results by maximize the chances of effectiveness in most effective manner.

For resolve this, I have to ask with my colleagues towards the performance in order to improve it effectively. In addition of this, I needs to considering this for improving my skills in most effective manner. With this help of this, I easily attain positive outcomes in most effective manner.

Along with this, it is important for me to maintain their behaviour at the time of interacting with other for enhancing my skills. All these help me in improving my working performance at workplace in which I easily manage and coordinate all the team members effectively.

My main focus during my research is on effectively performing all the task which are assigned to me rather then become more coherent.

My seniors has told me that I have used only two content because of lack of attention while they have taken more than one content in same investigation position.
